FAP Agri involves all stakeholders in overseeing the implementation of sustainability policies and strives to create a transparent and accountable environment. We provide various communication channels that facilitate stakeholders in reporting issues within the supply chain and any deviations by employees through our whistleblowing system. This system allows anonymous reporting via grievances boxes on plantations, SMS, phone calls, and email services. Grievances received are handled at the local level, and if they are systemic and structured, they will be forwarded to the Audit Committee. Additionally, FAP Agri has established a grievance handling procedure as part of our commitment to listening to and addressing crievances from stakeholders.
