FAPA Learning Center

The FAPA Learning Center is one of FAP Agri’s efforts to enhance employee quality as a crucial element in the company’s success. The primary focus of this initiative is to improve Human Resources through the development of skills, knowledge, and competencies aligned with their specialization, interests, and individual potential.
With this goal in mind, at the beginning of 2015, the company initiated the establishment of the FAP Agri Learning Center. This initiative aims to consolidate, standardize, and develop a work culture with values such as Integrity, Commitment, and Success. Since its inception, we have been committed to continuously improving our business practices and pursuing leadership in innovation and efficiency in plantation management.

Human Resource Development

Today and in the future, competitive excellence has become a necessity for every business entity. One of the key factors in achieving such competitiveness is the readiness to build and prepare human resources (HR) of high quality, that is, individuals with talent who meet superior competency standards in their respective fields and possess the character to compete at a global level.
The company is committed to supporting each HR in achieving the individual targets set, so they can continue to develop their careers in line with their increasing competencies. HR development at various levels has diverse objectives, including obtaining certifications, enhancing technical skills, and understanding and embracing the core values of the company. Every employee has the right to participate in necessary education and training while fostering both “soft skills” and “hard skills,” such as technical skills, flexibility, responsiveness to change, and delivering the best results in every aspect of their work.

Each year, the company prepares various training programs aimed at building and improving the skills necessary to achieve the company’s strategic goals and objectives. Specifically, the training and development programs for employees focus on each employee’s function, enabling them to develop competencies and skills directly in their fields. Generally, the company’s training programs consist of Technical Training, soft skills, and certification.

 

Additionally, in our HR development efforts, the company also has performance assessments designed to evaluate employee productivity for the advancement of the company and to motivate employees to reach their highest potential and achievements. This performance assessment is also useful for personal development and career advancement. Performance evaluations are conducted once a year through regular and periodic monitoring by supervisors against established work targets.

Next Future Leader Program

The Human Resources Management Team has carefully designed systems to support employee development at all levels and across various operational functions. In its implementation, the company ensures that each employee has access to development opportunities appropriate to their current and future roles, according to their career development plans. One of the efforts in this regard is through the creation of future leaders via the FAT (Field Assistant Training) and MAT (Mill Assistant Training) programs.
