Each year, the company prepares various training programs aimed at building and improving the skills necessary to achieve the company’s strategic goals and objectives. Specifically, the training and development programs for employees focus on each employee’s function, enabling them to develop competencies and skills directly in their fields. Generally, the company’s training programs consist of Technical Training, soft skills, and certification.

Additionally, in our HR development efforts, the company also has performance assessments designed to evaluate employee productivity for the advancement of the company and to motivate employees to reach their highest potential and achievements. This performance assessment is also useful for personal development and career advancement. Performance evaluations are conducted once a year through regular and periodic monitoring by supervisors against established work targets.
