To maintain product quality sustainably, the Company has implemented the Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) Certification System, which is mandatory for all palm oil plantations in Indonesia. ISPO is a policy receiving special attention from the President of Indonesia through Presidential Regulation No. 44 of 2020 on the Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil Certification System, aimed at ensuring that palm oil is produced sustainably and enhancing its international competitiveness, further regulated by Ministerial Regulation No. 38 of 2020 on the Implementation of Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil Certification.

As of this year, 4 of our subsidiaries have achieved ISPO certification, which is conducted annually by certification bodies. Additionally, in the production and processing phases, the Company is committed to producing halal, safe, hygienic, and healthy products. The Halal Assurance System (SJH) has been implemented for PK, CPO, CPKO, and PKE products in all three palm oil mills in North Kalimantan. Furthermore, the Company, through its subsidiaries, has also achieved a Green level in the Environmental Management Performance Rating Program (PROPER) awarded by the East Kalimantan Environmental Agency. PROPER is a government policy aimed at improving corporate environmental management performance in accordance with legal regulations.
