President Commissioner

Mr. Donny is an Indonesian citizen, 47 years old. He earned a Bachelor of Economics degree in 2000 from Tarumanagara University, Jakarta. He started his career as an Auditor at KAP Johan, Malonda, and Partners (2000–2004), then served as Accounting and Finance Manager at PT. GY Plantation Indonesia (2005–2011), Senior Accounting and Budgeting Manager at PT. Karangjuang Hijau Lestari (2011–2012), Finance Director at PT. Karangjuang Hijau Lestari (2012–2015), and most recently served as President Director of the Company (2015–July 4, 2021), before being appointed as President Commissioner of the Company based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on July 5, 2021.

Muhammad Salim

Independent Commissioner

Mr. Muhammad Salim is an Indonesian citizen, 68 years old. He earned a Bachelor of Law degree in 1979 from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta. After serving as Head of the Tanjung Perak District Attorney’s Office (1999–2001), he held several other important positions, including Head of the North Jakarta District Attorney’s Office (2003–2004), Special Assistant to the Attorney General of Indonesia (2004–2006), Director of Investigation for the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (2007–2008), Head of the Research and Development Center for the Attorney General’s Office of Indonesia (2009–2011), Head of the West Nusa Tenggara High Prosecutor’s Office (2011), and Head of the East Kalimantan High Prosecutor’s Office (2011–2013). Most recently, he served as Independent Commissioner of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. (from June 2002 to the present) and has served as Independent Commissioner of PT FAP Agri Tbk (2023–present) based on the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on September 6, 2023.

Ricky Tjandra

President Director

Mr. Ricky Tjandra is an Indonesian citizen, 53 years old. He earned a Bachelor of Business Management degree in 1993 from Williams Business College, Sydney. He started his career as Head of HR at Asian Agri Group, then served as VP of HR at First Resources Group (2011–2016), Chief Human Resources Officer at APP Group, Sinarmas (2016–2018), and most recently as Corporate Operation Advisor at PT FAP Agri Tbk. (from 2018 to July 4, 2021), before being appointed President Director of the Company based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on July 5, 2021.

Henryzal M Panjaitan

Director

Henryzal is an Indonesian citizen, 51 years old. He began his career as an external auditor at KAP Prasetio Utomo-Arthur Andersen and KAP Prasetio, Sarwoko & Sandjaja-Ernst & Young, from 1997 to 2009. From 2010 to 2017, he continued his managerial career in several corporate groups, both local and foreign, such as SWM Group, Nexian Group, and Bakrie Group. He joined FAP Agri Group in 2019 as Corporate Finance Manager, and in 2020 he was appointed as Corporate Secretary based on the Board of Directors’ decision in September 2020. Henryzal M Panjaitan was appointed as the Company’s Director based on the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGM”) on January 8, 2025.

Ali Imran

Director

Mr. Ali Imran is an Indonesian citizen, 40 years old. He earned a Bachelor of Agriculture degree in 2006 from Padjadjaran University, Bandung. He started his career as an Afdeling Assistant, with his last position being Estate Manager at Asian Agri Group (2006–2013), Group Estate Manager (2014–2016), Plantation Controller (2016–2017), and most recently serving as Director of the Company (2017–present).
