To ensure the effectiveness of the corporate social responsibility implementation strategy, FAPA focuses its activities on improving the quality of the following aspects

ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT
Economic empowerment is one of the Company’s strategies to build strong economic independence from the community. Difficulty in accessing information, experience, and also capital often makes the business development of the community around the company unable to develop and have an impact. The company with all its capabilities tries to bridge this gap so that the goal of forming an independent society can be realized in a sustainable manner.
Currently, there are approximately 49 villages that interact directly with the Company throughout its concessions, and have an impact on more than 15 thousand people. This large number indicates that the Company’s contribution is needed to be felt by its presence. Economic empowerment programs launched by the company always start from needs, are right on target, and must also be sustainable.
Better Infrastructure
One of the hopes that the community always conveys to the Company is the support from the Company to open road access, improve the quality of social infrastructure in nearby villages.
The company continuously, based on considerations of urgency and capability, continues to provide support for improving the quality of the main public access roads, both programmatic (proposal) and incidental (blocked access).
This infrastructure improvement is not only involving heavy equipment for repairs but we also provide river transportation tools to the community so that community access to inter-village can be easier.
Better Education
We are fully aware that education is the initial key to a better quality of life, either individually or communally. Therefore, we continuously improve access to have a better quality formal education for the surrounding community and also the families of our employees.
Instead of improving teacher competence, FAP Agri also provides facilities and infrastructure assistance to the targeted schools such as infrastructure assistance and support for teaching and learning activities. Types of infrastructure assistance include assistance for teaching and learning activities facilities, minor rehabilitation (minor renovations, supporting facilities and infrastructure). Assistance for teaching and learning activities provided in the form of textbooks, competition activities, learning media, ATK (Office Stationery) and assistance in teaching and learning activities.

Socio Cultural Environment
The role of the company’s contribution in improving the social and cultural quality of the surrounding community has increased from period to period both in terms of quantity and quality. Supporting for ingenious people general meeting and activities, and certain traditional celebrations is a routine agenda carried out by the company.
Better Health
Currently, the Company directly manages 13 Health Facilities (Clinics) located within the company’s premises. Clinical facilities are managed by 31 health workers who are professional and have competence as doctors, midwives and nurses.
This Health Facility is open not only to employees and their families, but also to contractors and the community around the company. Periodically, the Company’s Health team holds health education counseling, immunizations, and the latest one also contributes to the success of the Covid 19 vaccine acceleration for employees and the community.
